Access to and use of the ew999 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) clicking the "I Accept" or equivalent checkbox during account registration; (b) completing the account registration process; or (c) placing a wager or accessing any game or betting market on the ew999 platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and ew999. Each Player is permitted to maintain a maximum of one registered account on the ew999 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ew999 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ew999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. ew999 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, virtual private networks (VPNs) for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions, or disposable mobile numbers may be closed without notice.

• Provide your legal name exactly as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Use a mobile number registered in your own name — JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts linked for withdrawals must match the name on your ew999 account.
• Keep your registered email address and mobile number current; outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing and account recovery.
• Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced account security — ew999 strongly recommends this for all players.

ew999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Debit Card. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount for verified accounts is Rs 200.

All deposits are credited to your ew999 account balance in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your balance. ew999 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ew999 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. ew999 applies this policy to reduce the risk of money laundering and to protect the integrity of the platform. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are processed within fifteen minutes on average for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.

ew999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard verification thresholds, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where KYC documentation has not yet been submitted and verified. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment account held in a name different from the registered ew999 account holder.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 across all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 for verified accounts on JazzCash / EasyPaisa.
• Standard JazzCash / EasyPaisa withdrawal processing time: under 15 minutes average.
• Standard bank transfer withdrawal processing time: up to 2 business days.
• ew999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

All bets placed on the ew999 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting market or game interface. In the event of any ambiguity, the general provisions of this clause shall apply alongside the specific product rules.

A bet is confirmed only when ew999 has accepted it and issued a bet confirmation reference. ew999 reserves the right to reject any bet prior to confirmation, including where the relevant odds have changed, where a market has been suspended, or where ew999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet is being placed in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational play.

ew999 reserves the right to void any bet — in full or in part — where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded; (b) the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical error; (c) the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient proportion of the scheduled play having taken place; or (d) ew999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in connection with corrupt or irregular activity affecting the outcome of the relevant event.

• Bets are binding once a confirmation reference has been issued by ew999.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time availability and may be suspended at any point during an event at ew999's discretion.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per player account; these are subject to change without prior notice.
• Results for all cricket markets are determined by the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket governing body.

ew999 may, at its discretion, offer deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to availability, individual eligibility criteria, and the specific terms stated for each promotion. General bonus conditions include but are not limited to the following:

• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless ew999 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only; ew999 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Attempts to abuse bonus terms — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

• Free bet credits do not carry a cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the ew999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such reporting.

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors that arise from system faults, whether or not the exploitation results in financial gain.
• Using the ew999 platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction connected with proceeds of crime.

ew999 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, ew999 may place a temporary hold on a player account and associated funds without prior notice. Players under investigation retain no right to access or withdraw held funds until the investigation is concluded.

All content on the ew999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation and arrangement of all platform content — is the exclusive property of ew999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ew999 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of ew999.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ew999 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on platform content; (b) use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform; (c) frame or mirror any portion of the ew999 platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of ew999 intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action. ew999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. ew999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ew999 uses commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to all services at all times.

Gambling involves financial risk. ew999 does not guarantee that you will win any wager placed on the platform. All bets are placed entirely at your own risk. ew999 accepts no liability for any financial loss sustained through legitimate gaming activity on the platform, including losses arising from in-play cricket betting, casino games, slots, Triple, or Racing markets.

You may close your ew999 account at any time by contacting ew999 support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure of a verified account with no outstanding bonus wagering requirements and no active investigations, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your designated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

ew999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspicion of fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Accounts closed by ew999 due to breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their balance withheld. Where closure is due to unverified identity or suspected fraud, funds will be held pending investigation. Where closure is due to account inactivity, any remaining balance will be notified to the account holder via the registered email address before final closure.

ew999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ew999 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon posting.
